Built in 1968 as one wing of the Sewoon complex, its ground floor is still lined with wholesalers of lighting and tools. When the elevated walkway torn down during the Cheonggyecheon restoration was reconnected, cafes with hanok lattice doors and a small bookshop moved in directly above the wholesalers' signs. Browse the retro shops in Sewoon across the stream, cross the footbridge, and finish with a coffee on this second-floor deck — that is half a day.
