A generational rice-cake house in Mangwon-dong, famed for a knobbly North-Korean-style injeolmi nicknamed 'E.T. tteok,' created by the country's youngest certified tteok master. People cross town for its chewy bite under a heavy dusting of roasted soybean powder.
