A Gangseo hilltop park named for rain-praying rituals once held there.
When droughts came, people climbed this hill to pray for rain three times — and on the third day rain always poured, so they carried rain gear ('ujang'), which gave the place its name; today it's a wooded neighborhood park in Gangseo.
