The great river that splits the city in two.

Rising in the Taebaek mountains of Gangwon and running through the city out to the West Sea, its banks are given over to riverside parks on both sides. Boiling instant noodles on the grass under a bridge, cycling the towpath — it's everyday life all along the water.
