A city stream rising from Gwanaksan, threading Gangnam and Seocho before joining the Tancheon. Groomed paths and cherry-blossom lanes run its banks, and on summer nights the water is clean enough that reintroduced fireflies appear. Behind glossy Gangnam-daero, it is the face of Seoul moving at a neighborhood's pace.
